North of the Arctic Circle
- 2+ years live at minus 38 degrees, and it never missed
- Compute heat replaced 100% of the campus's legacy heating
Digital Energy: an asset to the grid, not a liability. As energy makers, we access power and permits in Europe's most constrained metro regions, where other data centers can't.
Today: 18 sites secured, 300 MW in development. The build-out: 300 sites, 5 GW, interconnected for inference.

We are a neo-utility built for the age of energy and intelligence.
Why we exist
The shortage isn't supply. It's utilization, and who the watts benefit.
Data centers enter communities to take: they consume power, export value, and get stopped. We do the opposite: we produce energy and heat for the places we build in. When the grid, the community and the AI tenant all come out ahead, communities want us to build. And that changes how fast you get capacity.
Dutch greenhouses have run their own power plants for decades: 2.4 GW of combined heat and power, roughly 8-10% of the country's electricity. We are the next generation of that grid, and the heat now goes far beyond the greenhouse.
The advantage
Because we produce energy, we don't stand in the grid queue: a different track to capacity, power-flexible by design.
Three sites powered and permitted today. RFS as fast as 30 weeks from financial close, indicative.
On-site generation and flexible draw make each site a grid asset, so new capacity keeps clearing as you grow.
Inside the Amsterdam metro, where new grid connections are effectively frozen: we build on power that already flows.
The platform
Sites of 5-25 MW, interconnected into clusters. No single dependency, no giant commitment: start small, scale in steps, on a platform that grows with you instead of a site you outgrow.
Interconnecting 5 to 10 adjacent sites, each with its own grid connection, is how you reach hundreds of megawatts in Europe at AI speed. The Andijk Campus is the first: three sites, one campus, each with its own heat user.
The build-out: 300 distributed sites, 5 GW, interconnected into an inference network that shifts workloads to the best location. Your path: 6.5 MW in Q1 2027, 24 MW on one campus through 2027, 300 MW across the metro through 2028.
The product
One product, one tenant per site.
Full technical specification in the site dossier, under NDA.
Single tenant means nobody but you at your racks: your hardware, your workloads, your roadmap, under EU jurisdiction.
When you build for everyone, you're not good for anyone. We build for you.
More tokens from less energy: PUE 1.03, measured at Kirkenes.
Digital Energy Centers
A Digital Energy Center is one facility with three subfacilities, cogenerating power, compute and heat.
The most valuable refined commodity made of electrons: the build-to-suit AI factory described above.
Compute heat, captured in liquid, upgraded and delivered: to industry, district heating and the greenhouses growing the produce that feeds the world. It replaces the heat user's biggest cost, and the gas stays off.
Built on live grid connections, adjusting in real time when and how much electricity is drawn, generated or stored: idle grid capacity put to work, a grid-supporting asset, not a strain.
Up to 90% of the energy behind your tokens is delivered onward as useful heat and netted off.
One platform serving two trillion-dollar industries: heating, half the world's final energy use (IEA), and AI compute. Making AI the clean heating engine of the world.
Sites
Proven and running full. Ready to build today. In development next.

300 MW across 18 secured sites: new capacity comes online every quarter through 2028.
Why Amsterdam
Inference lives near the people using it, and Amsterdam is the digital gateway to Europe. The hyperscalers chose it as their anchor, until the power ran out. We unlock what's left.
Reach over half of Europe's GDP: 350 million+ people in under 10 ms.
Proof
Kirkenes, Norway: 2+ years live north of the Arctic Circle, minus 38 degrees, and it never missed. PUE 1.03-1.17 sustained in production, and its compute heat replaced 100% of the campus's legacy heating.
High density from day one
Compute heat replaced 100% of campus heating
Liquid-cooled, heat-integrated, 3+ years live
Liquid-cooled AI and HPC capacity built and deployed by our partners and team
“Digital Energy demonstrates how AI infrastructure can contribute beyond compute, by reusing heat, supporting food production and delivering sovereign AI capacity.”
